
It takes a mere 10 minutes of sun to give you your day's dose of vitamin D. How about that! The time in the sunshine will help boost your mood, make you feel more able to cope with things, bring a smile to your face.
What do we do in the time of year when we don't get out in the sun? You can get a full spectrum light to use in your house. It may be an initial expense, but it will help you with the winter blahs.
