Long Arm Time!

A sweet lady in my quilt club was looking to hire a long armer to finish some of her quilts. I offered to do them and she said yes!

I love seeing other people's quilts. Being able to work on them is such an honor and a pleasure for me. I believe my rates are reasonable. My turn around time is good, considering I have a full time job and a family to care for. :)

Here is one of them she handed over to me set up on the long arm.

Not a good view of the top, so here's some more shots.

These fabric choices are tremendous! I adore the antique look of it.

The stitching in the center squares say different things - stuff like love, family, faith.... Good things!

After contemplating whet to quilt, I came up with this idea. The green lines will be my contribution to this piece of beauty. All the squares will get this design.

I think it will look nice. I envy whoever it is who gets this one!
